Phase 1
Phase 1 includes the first two culdesacs, Kestrel Court and Kinglet Court. Lot 1 complete with house sold quickly and gained a great deal of interest. Check out the photo gallery and watch the progress as Brook Vista takes off! Lots in Kestrel Court of Phase 1 are available in July 2007 and can be purchased for $35,000 (lots 2,3,8,9 and 10 - approx sizes are 74 feet by 120 feet) to $45,000 (lots 4,5,6 and 7 - 125 feet deep on average by 50 feet along the front property line and 150 feet along the back property line on average), in keeping with development and infrastructure costs. New homes are in the works for a number of lots as well, and will be ready later in 2007. Kestrel Court will be comprised of single family stucco homes with distinction and curb appeal, with a minimum 1100 square foot size.
Phase 2
Phase 2 is set to begin once Phase 1 has sold by 80%, and will offer luxury single family homes with a beautiful view backing on to a water feature. These 8 feature lots can be reserved now and come with purchase prices beginning at $55,000.
Phase 3, comprised of the remaining 23 large lots, will open once Phase 2 is 80% sold, and will offer your own piece of prairie tranquility.
